Audio-Visual - The Chalk Walk (for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council)

Following the success of the audio-visuals produced for the Hessle Mill, Gordon was asked to write and narrate this promotional film for the Humber Bridge Country Park.

The park is a very popular outdoor amenity created in the 1980's when the former chalk quarry was reclaimed and converted for recreational use. It is home to dozens of wildlife habitats and species of birds and butterflies and provides beautiful woodland walks.

In this video, Gordon introduces viewers to the park, its former industrial past and its ancient geological history while pursuing the elusive quarry and mill owner, William Hearfield!

Gordon played the part of William Hearfield in the previous audio-visuals created for Hessle Mill along with Rachel Dale who played the role of Esther King, a quarry workers wife.

This film was intended to raise awareness of the country park and promote the walk from the park to the foreshore as a great outdoor space for families to visit and enjoy.

The films were produced by Imagen Photography of Beverley
