Volunteers and Guides are increasingly becoming an integral and essential part of the core staff at museums and attractions and we have worked with both on numerous projects.

Often bringing a combination of local knowledge, a genuine interest in the site and a passion for the subject matter, volunteers can be a welcoming first point of contact for many visitors to a heritage attraction.

Shift Key Theatre has worked with volunteers and guides in historic buildings, museums and visitor attractions and we have trained guides to deliver a more effective and engaging experience for visitors.
